Is it possible to pick up a rental car at the City Centre of Makati? And at what times can I get the vehicle?

Yes, Makati Downtown is possible. Chose normal office hours for Makati City. You can collect as early as 8 am. You can return the car at Makati Centre at anytime using the key-drop box facility. The Airport have larger opening hours and normally it is cheaper.

If you want to pick-up and collect at Makati Centre then choose between 08:00 - 17:00 hrs, search and then do this:-

During the booking process once you have entered your search criteria, you will see car photos (results). At the top right hand side is a drop down filter, choose "SORT BY DISTANCE”. This will shuffle the available cars based upon nearest, with a small map. The specified distance above the map is the distance from the inserted desired location to the location of the nearest supplier. Click on the little map to expand and the exact address/location will be shown.
